I give my permission for the use of my photos on the Creative Endeavors
website. Creative Endeavors is released of any and all liability resulting
from my participation in a Creative Endeavors event including, but not
limited to, personal injuries, Covid, or damage to my property. Creative
Endeavors is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.
FINE PRINT: Full payment is required at the time of reservation to secure
your place. Reservations may be forfeited to guests on the waiting list if
payment is not received within 7 days after reservation request. If your request
is made electronically, payment needs to be received within 7 days or your spot
will be released. All returned checks for insufficient funds are subject to a $30 fee.
