Weekend Details

This exciting 4-day weekend will start at Noon on Thursday and run until 5 p.m. on Sunday. Registration for our June 20-23, 2024 Weekend Retreat is now open. Deadline to register is May 20, 2024. The cost for the full 4-day retreat weekend is $150 and the 3-day option is $120.

All weekends will include the following...

​

• Your very own 6 ft. table, no sharing required!
   

• The ability to leave all of your supplies for the full weekend
  behind locked doors.
   

• Breakfast is included for Friday, Saturday and Sunday if you are
  staying at the hotel for everyone in your room. 
   

• There will be a designated block of rooms available at the
  Hampton Inn & Suites in Aurora if you would like to stay overnight.
  The 4-Day Retreat and the 3-Day Retreat Package will cost $159
  a night for a Standard Double Room and $149 a night for a King Room.
   

• Separate hotel reservation is required. PLEASE call
  1-630-907-2600 and make sure to state that you need the
  crafting rate and are with Creative Endeavors to get
  into our block, thank you. 
   

• All snacks provided - no need to bring your own unless you would like to, but we'll have you covered with lots of tasty treats! There is also a plethera of restaurants located just outside the hotel in the surrounding area!
   

• Unlimited fountain drinks and ice will be available. You are allowed to bring your own as well but there is no refrigerator in the scrap room, so please leave them in your room refrigerator or bring a small cooler.
   

• A Cricut Explore Air machine will be available for your use along with a laptop and my account so you can access over 100,000+ images! Please bring your own mat and markers.
   

• A variety of music playing throughout the room so you never hear the same song twice!
   

• Fabulous table gifts and prizes making everyone a winner!

• Lisa Collin, with Lisa's Lasting Impressions, will be available on Saturday to emboss your albums with beautiful text and images.
   

• Esmeralda will provide table massages for $1 a minute starting at 10 minutes to 60 on Saturday. Payment should be made directly
  to her.
   

• A Swap Table - one person's junk is another's treasure. Items left over will be donated to Lifespring, a women's shelter in Aurora.
   

• Scrap Re-Sale Table - You can bring up to 10 items to sell of your own stock. (10 items per person is the maximum you can sell in a weekend.) We all have 'extra' scrapbooking and craft items that we don't want to just give to the swap table, yet we have no use for it since we have multiples. :-) Well, go ahead and price it along with your initials on it and place it on our designated table! If it sells, you get the cash and if not, you will take it home at the end of the weekend. Pretty simple! Please do not sell any current Creative Memories or Our Memories For Life items. Thank you!

Hampton Inn & Suites in Aurora, IL

While scrapbooking or crafting, you can enjoy a weekend stay at the beautiful Hampton Inn Hotel. If you have a room, you can retreat throughout the day to nap or become refreshed!

​

Please note that a block of rooms have been reserved for your convenience at $159 a night for a Standard Double Room and $149 for a King Room which includes breakfast for each person in your room for night's stay. You will need to call and make your own reservation with the hotel. Be sure to to mention the crafting rate with Creative Endeavors so you get our block pricing!! Creative Endeavors will not be responsible for hotel reservations.
